We offer exchanges for items in the same condition as when sold. If there is damage or wear on the box/shoe post-sale, we will not accept your exchange. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any reason.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, except on weekends and holidays due to limited shipping company hours.

All orders are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. Contact us to file a claim if your order arrives damaged or is lost.

If you ordered the wrong size, message us ASAP so we can adjust the order for you before shipping.
