SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing and Shipping Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 days from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (excluding public holidays). Shipping times vary based on location:

  • North America (USA, Canada & Mexico):

    • Standard: 3-5 business days
    • Express: 1-2 business days
  • UK & Europe:

    • Standard: 5-7 business days
    • Express: 2-3 business days
  • Asia, Australia & New Zealand:

    • Standard: 7-11 business days
    • Express: 3-4 business days

Please note that shipping times are guidelines only, and deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions and customs delays.

2. Customs Policy Customers are responsible for customs charges for all international orders. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned by the shipping carrier, and therefore, not eligible for a refund.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing orders. CHIDOZIE cannot be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input errors.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and redelivery cost. CHIDOZIE is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

The purchaser is responsible for signing for their package upon delivery. If a package is not signed for and is returned, CHIDOZIE cannot replace the product if the package is lost in transit. The purchaser is also responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered is secure. CHIDOZIE cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we assist with locating lost packages once tracking information indicates delivery to the shipping address.
